ShipDaddy Managed Fulfillment

Order Handling
- Orders are subject to review, acceptance, delay, cancellation, or manual handling at ShipDaddy's discretion.
- No edits are guaranteed once an order enters review, processing, sourcing, or purchasing.
- Orders above $400 may not auto-process require manual review or may be declined.
Returns & Refunds
- Return requests are limited to 3% of managed orders.
- Repeated returns on the same item may make that item ineligible for future return handling.
- Domestic returns above $300 and international returns above $100 are reimbursed based on the final underlying supplier refund outcome.
Billing & Balance
- ShipDaddy may charge service fees and related operational fees up to 15% of order value.
- Processing and delivery timing are not guaranteed and may take 24–72 hours or longer in some cases.
- Service fees are non-refundable once an order has entered review, processing, sourcing, or purchasing.
Auto Order Credits & Aquiline Conversion
- Standard automated orders use 1 auto order credit.
- Automated orders with Aquiline conversion use 2 auto order credits.
- Credits are non-refundable after use and do not expire while the account remains active and in good standing, unless otherwise stated.
Inl Orders
- International forwarding, customs, duties, sales tax, import charges, and reshipping costs are the user's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Account & Conduct
- Users must not contact the underlying supplier directly for managed orders — all support goes through ShipDaddy.
- ShipDaddy may suspend or terminate access for abuse, payment disputes, policy violations, or operational risk.
